Fall is in the Air

With the change in the weather (its been about 70 degrees and breezy during the day, 50 degrees at night here in Ohio) and the leaves beginning to change color, my fall senses have been tingling. Naturally, I made my way over to Hobby Lobby to craft and welcome in the season! Now i know some of you are probably saying we still have several weeks to go of summer, but that can’t stop my love of fall!

One of my favorite crafts are wreaths. I love a good homemade wreath because it can to really spice up the entrance into your house.

My favorite thing about fall is white pumpkins, hence our wedding, which was white pumpkin themed! So I decided to incorporate white pumpkins into my wreath this year, along with white sunflowers to keep the theme rolling. To add a pop of color and sparkle, I threw in some burgundy and orange leaves with a few acorns and pinecones.

Finally, on each and every wreath that I make, I always put our metal S on it. This was the first item that I had purchased for both Austin and I and I that had to do with our last name. I absolutely love that it always sits on the front door, welcoming everyone to our house.

welcome to our home
